Music composition is no longer just for humans—AI can now create it too. I’ve been exploring how Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) can be used to generate original music. By training the model on vast datasets of different genres, the AI learns to create complex compositions that mimic human creativity. The next step would be refining the AI’s ability to generate harmonically rich and emotionally engaging pieces by incorporating reinforcement learning. The practical applications range from creating soundtracks for video games and films to generating personalized playlists. This could fundamentally change the music industry, offering endless possibilities for new and unique sounds.
